So I was just finishing up this really great entry when I managed to close the window I was typing in and got to start all over again. Yay.
On less bitter fronts, I'm finally going to have time to write!!! ::so excited:: Fall break starts the day after tomorrow, and for the first time since May or so I have negligible work / tasks that need to be done. Saa and I already have plans to have a Starbucks day - take our laptops to the coffee shop and look uber cool by sipping something delicious while typing furiously. Though, in Saa's case, perhaps a notepad and a pencil scribbling furiously would be more apt, as she's on something of an art kick. Her Pirate!Roy, Movie!Al, Movie!Ed, and Leafmon picture is adorable... pity she hasn't got a scanner. :( Lules would be coming with us, but she has med schools to look at. ::sadness::
Nanowrimo 2005 arrived yesterday in the form of the account reactivation email. I'm re-registered and stoked to get going on it again. I just need to decide what I want to write about, because just now I really have no clue whatsoever. I've got a bunch of bunnies floating around my head, and while there's one I'd really like to do, I'm fairly certain I won't win this year, and I fear losing this story the way most of my previous Nanos have been lost after November. On a related note, I found out about something interesting while surfing around earlier, called "The Zokutou Clause". Basically, it's an insert to the rules of Nanowrimo that says if you've won previously, your goal should be finishing your novel, not proving that you can write yet another 50,000 word introduction. Lules is pushing me to take them up on it with Braid - which, with the exception of about 1k, I haven't touched since last November. (I know, I know, the more fool me.) It looks like that or the story about the plot bunnies is going to win, though I don't know which yet.

30_tortures earlier today. My claim is for Himura Kenshin, mainly because I've got a monster of a Kenshin story that I want to write and I want to play with the character a bit before I do anything massive with him. The plot for that story is some seven pages long and is as yet unfinished. Well, it's finished in the sense that it's at a stopping point, but it's a stopping point such that I feel the ending would be insufficient to the story. We'll see how that goes. The 30 tortures should be fun, if nothing else. ^.^
EDIT: Just noticed Greed add this and figured I should throw it in too - my name on the Nano forums is RoseLanrete. ^.^
