laneroseAll right, I know I usually limit my fangirlish squeeing to anime-related topics, but I just had to say something about last night's episode of Grey's Anatomy. (PS, three cheers for tv stations finally putting episodes of their shows online.)
All right, so Derek? WIN! The writers of this show get SO much credit from me. I'd been kinda disappointed that last episode only barely brushed the fact that Derek might still be upset about what happened to Meredith, particularly given his suspicions that she let herself drown. I thought maybe they were just going to let that plotline go, which would have been sad, because it seemed to me to have so much potential.
HOWEVER~!!! After last night, I'm firmly convinced that it's going to become an honest-to-god out-in-the-open thing-we-need-to-talk-about type storyline, which makes me SO HAPPY~!!!
But yeah. Since they totally threw away the "knight in shining whatever" line, I'm glad that they're managing to salvage the whole "she's a good swimmer" thing.
