Moments

Did you ever have one of those moments when things in a story just seem to come together...? I totally just had one while plotting on my FF7 fic... See, I was reading through a transcript to catch up on details about Reno, when something about Tseng caught my eye. Then it interacted with something I knew about Zack, and an idea I'd had involving Veld... And suddenly things just kind of exploded. It's left me shaken in a good way, but I'm still shaking. Wow. That was... one hell of a mind rush.

Those moments are nice. When everything just seems to fit perfectly, and everything suddenly links up nice and tight and is just waiting to spill out. *happy sigh* I wish they'd happen more often.

Seems like a bunch of people I know have all turned to FF7 all at once. I'm one of them, of course, but it's funny to watch fandom shifts like that.

Yay!!! Glad to have sent you into one of those moments. Funny story, actually ~ I was so shaky after mine that friends of mine sincerely thought I was drunk. XD It was... entertaining, to say the least. I feel as though I should be scared for the canon rape getting even more canon raping-y. O_o Must admit to being curious, though! ^.^;;;

As to the fic, the prologue will be up as soon as I finish writing it ~ AKA when I manage not to get distracted long enough to write the rest of the prologue. I was working on it last night, and probably could've gotten pretty far if I hadn't suddenly had the spasm of inspiration. XDD

Let's just say mine involves a Sane Sephiroth, Still Alive Zack, Experimental Cloud, and them, plus Aeris, on the run from Shinra.

Blame FL for that.
