There's no way this should have made me laugh as hard as it did, but I've read far too much fanfiction to not crack up when things start coming true. Case in point: "Yes, I thought Gran would be angry about all the publicity," said Neville, "but she was really pleased. Says I'm starting to live up to my dad at long last. She bought me a new wand, look!"

::giggles:: Can't even count how many other places I've seen that. Dare I take bets on Neville being an *amazing* wizard in the rest of the book? XDD

And in other news, *SO* much love to JKR for including the muggle Prime Minister. COOL!!!

Actually, I think it's funny because there's so many fanfics out there that JKR's books have started to seem fanfiction-y or using the same ideas ^_^;
